Covid 19 Update 9th April 2021
We know many of you are keen to get back to the Angel, and we are excited to welcome you back as soon as we can. We’re trying to work with the information we have to make a plan of action for outdoor reopening and have put together some details below.
What do we know?
Welsh Government have announced that outdoor hospitality should be able to reopen from 26th April, provided that case rates remain low.
Welsh Government have not yet provided details of guidance that outdoor hospitality will have to follow once they reopen, so we may have to adjust our plans once this is announced.
When will we be reopening?
We will be reopening for outdoor service from Monday 26th April for drinks only. Opening hours as follows:
Mon 26th April: 12pm – 11pm
Tue 27th April: 12pm – 11pm
Wed 28th April: 12pm – 11pm
Thu 29th April: 12pm – 11pm
Fri 30th April: 12pm – 11pm
Sat 1st May: 12pm – 11pm
Sun 2nd May: 12pm – 8pm
When can I book a table?
We are now taking bookings for the first week of opening. Please remember that this is an ever-changing situation and as we do not know what the guidelines will be yet, we may have to adjust or cancel your booking should we be unable to accommodate you.
You can book by phone or email. Please do not book a table via social media.
Please ensure you leave up to date contact details with us so we can contact you to confirm your booking a few days beforehand.
Plans for 3rd May onwards
We will release details of plans for reopening our kitchen in due course, when guidance from Welsh Government is forthcoming. Keep an eye on our social media, website or sign up to our mailing list to get the latest news.
